THAT PHOTO IS NOT FROM TODAY!
We did however pass Freight Trains on the way to Salinas Grande this morning just after mid tide. There was definitely some promising lines, but if there was anything breaking it was too high of a tide. We’re going to pass by the break tomorrow morning about 1.5 hours earlier in the tide cycle…we’ll see if the sandbar is shallow enough to throw some walls. It’s been rainy and the rivers are pretty swollen, the sand cycle is working. We have another significant swell in the next days and that should help to push sand into place as well. Just stand by and I’ll give you updates as we see changes. Just read about the session at Salinas Grande today…you’ll forget all about crappy old Sandino!
